Policies

Shipping:

Fulfillment runs Monday - Thursday. All orders placed after 8 am on Thursday will ship the following Monday. You will receive a separate email confirmation with the tracking details for your order.

All orders utilizing the standard shipping with ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Upgraded shipping option is UPS Ground. 

Roostas is not liable for any delays, and lost or damaged packages while in carrier possession.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns will be accepted for 30 days after purchase date. Returns made within 30 days are eligible for refund or store credit. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. All sales are final 30 days after the purchase date. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Payment for shipping is non-refundable. Exchanges will not ship until the return shipment has been received.

***Non-US shipments are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.

 

Clearance

All Clearance sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted or approved for items sold as Clearance items.

 

Discounts 

Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders. Any returns that are then reordered in order to take advantage of larger discounts will be subject to partial refunds, the amount of which will be determined by Cox Trading Co. 

 

Team and Wholesale Orders

All team and wholesale orders are final. No returns or refunds will be offered for these orders.
